After your leg heals from a fib/tib fracture does it hurt to drive a manual car?

I have not had a tib/fib fracture, but I had knee surgery, and it made it harder to drive a manual car. After about a week, my knee got used to the constant activity and I was fine. It will probably take some work to get back into shape, but it should not take you too long.
