Not sure if it could be v tach a fib?

have I guess PVC's for about 5 or 6 years I'm now 27 had echo's that were fine I have a ECG done every year, but besides the PVC's about twice I felt my heart start beating fast and crazy. lasted about 20 second and then I coughed and it went away. I never got dizzy or lightheaded just panicked. Any ideas? V tach? A fib?
