How do i get hired after being fired?

I fibbed a little bit cuz i'm married and need a job right now about never working for this large company ( I have worked for them), i used my middle name instead of my first and they just called me to schedule an interview. They did say that they will conduct a background check. Will they find out that i've worked for them in the past after conducting the background check? Is their anyway i can avoid being found out?
