Cops Arrest/Search Procedure. Did they follow or not?

yes they can if the the cop had reasonable suspecios that they had weed. also some police have their informants. other person that may kindda like work with the cop as undercover, if the informant tell the police relibable information about someone on posession of weed the cop is now above the 4th amdnt. to go and search them.
