Is there a program/game that is like Deadliest Warrior?

Okay, so I am looking for a program/game that is like the Deadliest Warrior tv show, except it is a virtual world that you design and you can customize each warrior and select which region to put them in? And be able to have battle simulations, just like in Deadliest Warrior?
