Is it really all that great an idea to teach your children to always be honest?

Lol, I'm afraid of honest children. Sometimes they call me chubby or tell me my hair is a mess etc. It's not a good situation. I want my little girl to continue thinking I look beautiful everyday, even if she's lying out her teeth!
