What does this mean? Is he going to ask me to dance, or something?

Okay, so there's this boy... Haha, he has been my school buddy for almost 3 years. He's sweet, charming, gentlemanly, and fun. He's pretty much my dream. He's a bit shy sometimes, so he hadn't talked to me through first semester. Second semester, we sat at the same lunch table. I usually don't talk at lunch; I mind my own business and block out the world. He suddenly speaks and says,"Hey." I look up at him across the table. He tells me that this year, in Scouts, he is earning his Warrior. (Boys wear loin cloths and no shirt. Have feathers in their hair and bells around their ankles.) On Visitor's Sunday of Boy Scout 10 day camp, the new Warriors dance around the council ring while the visitors watch. In one of the dances, the boys must pick a lady from the crown to dance with. It can be their mom, sister, cousin, girlfriend, best friend... He said to me at the lunch table,"Uhmm, this summer I'm getting my Warrior. Would you come to Visitor's Sunday and hang out? Watch me dance...?" I told him,"Sure." This Sunday, I'm going down to camp to watch him. Do you think he likes me and wants to dance with me? I've asked him who he's going to dance with and he keeps saying he doesn't know, so that doesn't help much. OH, and in this dance, you hold hands and dance like Native Americans.
