Absolutely, weed certainly does kill pain, but if you want a serious pain killer, you gotta look for a specific strain and in this case, that would be indica strains, so like purple kush is a indica, bubba kush, a lot of the kush strains, and it defianitly helps, expect to feel a little like floating too.
