College Loan? Should I or not?

Ok, so I thought of changing my major and moving to another university since I want to study Digital Graphic Design and Computer Animation. Thing is, it is like 2-3 hours away and I will have to rent a place and go live on my own. The credits are more expensive than the ones from my town's college. The Pell Grant will completely cover my credit fees and I'll have like a thousand or so left over from it. I won't have enough to pay the rent wherever I stay, I'll have a car also which I don't need to pay for though. Even if I work-study plus Student Equal Opportunity Grant money which I'll also get I won't make enough to pay rent for 12 months. I will probably have to take the Stafford Loan to suffice my expenses. Should I do it? Is taking a loan too much trouble? I don't want to end up in some bad situation. Thanks in advance!
