Can anyone suggest computer educational material for a Grade 2 girl?

Hey i'm a single full-time father of 2 young kids with learning difficulties. My daughter just got her mid-year report card and suffice to say, her academic achievements in science, maths and english are all in the lowest "Support Required" level. Can anyone here please suggest some educational software or anything else for that matter that can help her get back on-track?
